Laura + Joey | Beaver Creek Wedding

Typically our clients reach out to us when it comes to planning and designing a wedding, this time we reached out to find the perfect bride and groom for a unique opportunity!

Who would have thought that we would have had over 50 couples apply to win a dream wedding. There was one small catch, the couple had to agree to be married 10 days after being notified that they won, oh and they had to trust the pro’s to design a beautiful day for them. We found the perfect couple in Laura and Joey. Their endless love and sense of adventure is contagious. From the first call we had with them, notifying them that they had won to 12am the day after the wedding, they were 100% smiles and gratitude. We not only fell in love with Laura and Joey, but we also fell head over heels for their families. Every guest beamed with joy and wonderful words for the bride and groom.

The adventure began when guests arrived to Trappers via snowcat and the surprises kept on coming. Everyone was given a beautiful colorado welcome bag which was the perfect way to kick of the wedding festivities. We kept the décor warm, elegant and intimate. We incorporated a variety of mixed metals, natural textures and a lot of candlelight to create a romantic reception. The ceremony was the most picturesque sight to see. We highlighted the aspen grove, which happen to be Laura's favorite tree, and let the outdoors speak for themselves! The chef at Trappers cabin created a fantastic five star meal for the reception.

Often times we plan large events with 100 plus attendees, this wedding was an wonderful reminder to keep the love in all of the details no matter the size of the event. Here is to an amazing life of love, laughter and adventure! We love you Laura & Joey!
