Venue Search
If you don’t have a venue yet…
We'll sit down together over wine or coffee, talk through your ideas for the wedding day and figure out your priorities. We will ask you questions, get to know your style, ideas, thoughts, likes, and dislikes. Then we will project a detailed budget based on what you told us. Having done more than 100 Colorado weddings, we know exactly what things cost in Denver and in the mountain towns. It's most helpful if everyone is on the same page with the budget from the very beginning.
Once you share the budget projection with everyone involved, we will start recommending venues that fit the vision and budget we have discussed together. We will schedule a time to go see the top venue choices with you and help you analyze the layout, style, location, and cost of each venue so you can make the best decision. We'll talk through options until you make a final decision. Once you decide on the venue, we'll work with the venue on the contract logistics.
After we get to this point in the planning, we all know the scope of the wedding including guest count, some logistics, budget, and location. At this point, we are happy to give you a proposal for the remainder of the wedding planning.
Clients are under no obligation to use First Look Events for full planning although we have never had a client who didn't love working with us and continue using First Look Events for all of their wedding planning!

Month of Planning
This package is perfect for the couple who enjoy doing the bulk of the planning on their own. Includes:
Custom vendor recommendations to match your style and budget for every category
Your planner in attendance for the final walk-through at your reception venue approximately 4-8 weeks prior to your event.
Creation of detailed event day schedules & confirmation with all creative partners Manage and direct your ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding
Management of the event day for up to ten [10] hours with your lead planner and one experienced assistant
Pricing ranges from $6,000+

Design + Month Of Planning
We will work with you to first create a cohesive look for your wedding day. The design will highlight who you are as a couple and will include little details that are personalized to your story. A general Pinterest board will be created and will start the design process, we will have one meeting to discuss the board and narrow down the design. Once we have narrowed the design, we will create a detailed style file which will serve as the guiding document for creative vendors including: rentals, florals, stationery and lighting. First Look Events will be responsible for reaching out to these creative partners for pricing and contracts.

Full-Service Planning
We are with you every step of the way from our first get-to-know-you meeting all the way through to the wedding night.
We'll project and manage budgets, create the overall design and bring to life all the fun details, recommend and attend vendor meetings with you, keep track of the budget and vendor payments, coordinate all logistics and details plus so much more.
We would be happy to create a custom proposal for you that outlines all of the details we can help with.
